Quality Assurance Plan (QCP)
The primary objective of our quality program is to provide management and relevant stakeholders with an objective assurance that the defined process is being implemented, and work products and services satisfy established standards. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Program will be implemented at the program or project-level centrally coordinated under the guidance of the QA Lead (Trusted Technologies Project Manager). The QA will ensure compliance with established policies, standards, documented plans, and procedures and report any deficiencies found in the project work products, processes or any deviations from standards. Any defects or deviation uncovered in the processes, products are brought to management’s attention in an expeditious manner.
QA activities are targeted to the tasks and the risks that are identified as having the greatest potential impact to product quality. Quality of the work products produced and processes used is the responsibility of the entire Trusted Technologies Team staff.
